Key Responsibilities
As a CNC Programmer, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing our manufacturing methods are accurate, effective, and meet one of our core ideals of excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Programming Expertise: Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs to achieve accuracy and performance in fabrication.
- CAD/CAM Utilization: Incorporation of state-of-the-art Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software packages for tooling solution design and development.
- Software Proficiency: Make best use from your prior experience with osteotomy, Mastercam (2024 edition, if applicable), Esprit CAM, and Catia software to improve these processes.
- Data Management: Proper use of electronic information and computer technology in order to maintain the status quo.
- Problem-Solving: In order to get better work efficiency on programming problems, some new methods of the fold techniques should be designed.
- Collaboration: Partner and interact with heterogeneous teams, such as tooling designers and machinists, to get project results.
What We’re Looking For
The following abilities and competencies should be considered in order to successfully perform this job:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CAD-CAM software and electronic data management.
- Software Skills: Expertise in Mastercam (2024 preferred), Esprit CAM, and Catia.
- Problem-Solving: Actively thinking and analytical thinker, able to cope with complex problems in the emerging area of manufacturing.
- Attention to Detail: Great emphasis on the accuracy and quality at every step of the code and design process.
