Entry-Level .NET Developer Training Program

What We’re Looking For
To be eligible for this opportunity, you’ll need the following:
- An associate degree or higher in any field.
- Authorization to practice in the U.S., but not currently or prospectively sponsored.
- A strong desire to learn programming (preprofessional experience is not required).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate nationwide, with relocation assistance available.
Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level .NET Developer, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects while gaining valuable experience. Your responsibilities may include:
- Secure and efficient coding is an advancing area of research in programming languages, e.g., .NET.
- Software design, software development, and software debugging all related to potential upstream or downstream system effects.
- Exploiting software development life cycle (SDLC) tools for automation purposes and increasing value.
- Applying big data to identify patterns or solve problems, thereby contributing to decision processes.
- Creating reusable code and libraries to streamline future projects.
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of innovative UI/UX designs.
- Working collaboratively with users, analysts, and engineers in an Agile way in order to satisfy business needs.
- Taking an active role in code review, to verify that the solutions taken place are possible to be implemented in the project.
- Assisting production environments by diagnosing and fixing problems that occur at the moment.
